Hi Sam,

How it works
Sign up with your work email and approve Dunnhawk on Stripe's own consent screen. Takes about 30 seconds. No code, no webhooks to copy.
When a subscriber's card is declined or expired, Dunnhawk picks it up instantly and starts a recovery sequence for that invoice.
Up to four friendly emails (day 0, 3, 7, 14) in your brand, each with a one-click link to a Stripe-hosted page to update their card.
The moment they pay, emails stop. You see every recovery in your dashboard, with a receipt for each one.
See how much failed payments cost you last year, by decline reason, before you pay anything.
Clear, polite copy that escalates gently. No fake urgency, no shaming your customers.
Recovered, canceled or unsubscribed subscribers never get another email.
Card updates happen on Stripe-hosted pages. Dunnhawk never sees or stores card numbers.
Every recovery gets a receipt, and an optional holdout test shows exactly how much Dunnhawk adds on top of Stripe's own retries.
Every email carries an unsubscribe link and header, so your reminders stay compliant.
Pricing
Most recovery tools start at $250+ a month or take a cut of what they bring back. Dunnhawk is a flat fee, and every recovered dollar stays yours. Start with the free Leak Audit to see what you're losing first.

Let's talk
Above $50k MRR, custom limits, and hands-on setup.
0% of recovered revenue on every plan. No setup fee, no contract, cancel anytime. MRR is your Stripe account's monthly recurring revenue; if you grow past your plan, you get 14 days' notice before moving up.
On Pro, yes, if you want it to. Your app asks our API whether a subscriber should still get in (or listens for our signed webhooks). Dunnhawk only says "locked" after the reminders have run and the payment is still failing, 14 days by default. Lockout is off until you turn it on.
A failed subscription invoice that gets paid after a Dunnhawk reminder went out, or after your subscriber fixed their card in the Dunnhawk update popup (Pro). If a payment succeeds before any Dunnhawk email was sent (for example, Stripe's own retry catches it), your dashboard shows it separately, so you always see what Dunnhawk actually drove.
Starter is $29.99/month (up to $10k MRR) and Pro is $59.99/month (up to $50k MRR, plus the in-app lockout API and webhooks). No percentage of your recovered revenue, no setup fee, no contract. Cancel anytime. The Leak Audit is free, no plan needed.
A Stripe account with recurring subscriptions (Stripe Billing). Dunnhawk works on renewal payments from existing customers, not on first-time checkouts.
You approve access on Stripe's own screen. Dunnhawk reads failed and paid invoices and creates card-update links for your subscribers. You can disconnect at any time from your dashboard or from Stripe.
At most four emails per failed payment, spaced out over two weeks, skipping weekends. They stop the moment the customer pays, and every email has a one-click unsubscribe.
Yours. Reminders show your brand name, logo and button color, and replies go straight to your own email address.
